NOTE:  When raw edge is the result of overfolding, the

edge extending more than 1/2 inch but less than 1 inch, the raw edge may be trimmed and will not be scored as a defect.  If the condition extends more than 1 inch from the inside edge of the skirt hem, the stitching will be removed and the hem refolded and restitched.
