MILITARY SPECIFICATION
NET, HELICOPTER CARGO CARRYING EXTERNAL
5,000 and 10,000 CAPACITY
This specification is approved for use by all Departments
and Agencies of the Department of Defense.
1. SCOPE
1.1 This performance specification establishes the design, test manu-
facture and acceptance requirements for the 5,000 (5K) and the 10,000 (10K)
pound capacity external cargo net.
1.2 Classification.
5,000 lb capacity net P/N 6018-5
10,000 lb capacity net P/N 6018-10
2. APPLICABLE
DOCUMENTS
2.1 The following documents shall form a part of this specification to the
extent specified herein, Unless listed by date as of a particular issue, the
latest issue in effect on the date of the contract shall be applicable. In
event of conflict between documents referenced herein, and the contents of this
specification, the contents of this specification shall be considered a super-
seding requirement.
